Our kitchen is serving dishes from all over the Indonesian archipelago with collection of classic flavour from Java, Bali, Sumatra, Madura, Sulawesi, Lombok and Kalimantan. We believe in nurturing the environment and respecting local culture reason why we use local names and spices in our food.

Indonesian cuisine have a rich flavour of spices such as sweet, salty, sour, savoury and hot. Most Indonesians love to eat with Sambal (spicy chilli sauce). We have several methods to cook such as frying, grilling, boiling, steaming, wok, you name it. ;)



And best of all we have the most famous Indonesian street food Nasi Goreng / Mie Goreng which are good for all day breakfast.
